General Information

Reservations:

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. To make your reservation, you may either book online or call (301) 984-6245 to speak to our spa concierge.

Please note – a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking to support our cancellation policy.

Privacy Policy:

Blu Water Day Spa requires some personal information in order for you to reserve an appointment or purchase a product. This information will not be disclosed to third parties. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be considered 100% secure. However, Blu Water uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. If you do not consent to the collection of your personal information, you will not be able to get a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation for services under 90 minutes. For all services over 90 minutes, we require 48-hour advance notification. If less notice is given and we can’t fill the time slot, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Return Policy:

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with the proof of purchase for store credit only.

Price Variation:

At Blu Water we have a multi-tiered pricing structure based on the licensed technicians’ education and experience level as well as the length of employment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Arrival:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please understand late arrival may not correspond with an extension of treatment time. Late arrival may result in a necessity to reschedule your appointment.

Cell Phone Etiquette:

In order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we request that you turn your cell phone to vibrate or off. Cell phone use is only permitted in the retail area.

Pets in Facility:

For the health and safety of all guests, no pets are allowed in the facility unless they are registered as service animals with Montgomery County.

We accept all major credit cards, *checks and cash.
*returned check fee – $25.00

Gift Cards Available:

Share the gift of “well-being” with our Blu Water Day Spa Gift Card/Certificate. Redeemable for service or retail (gratuity not included). Gift Cards/Certificates can be purchased online, on-site, or by phone. Gift cards or gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund a stolen or lost gift card.

Discounted Service Series:

You may choose to prepay multiple services of your choice at a discounted rate. The series must be used within a designated time period – no exceptions.

  • Series of 5 (Expires 5 months from date of purchase) = 5% off
  • Series of 10 (Expires 10 months from date of purchase) = 10% off
  • Series must be purchased with same level of service provider (or pay the difference at time of service).

Gratuity:

Unfortunately, gratuity cannot be placed on a credit card, however, our staff can accept a personal check, Venmo, or, of course, cash. For your convenience, a gratuity envelope is available at the front desk and an ATM is located on-premises.

We request you disclose any medical condition, product usage or medication as there may be a contraindication to some services.
