Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare and homecare routines
• Recommend professional skincare products with confidence
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and elevated treatment environment
• Deliver a high-touch, unrushed experience for every client

Qualifications

•  Active Maryland Esthetician License
• Strong facial and consultation skills
• Passion for skincare and continuous learning
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Retail confidence and attention to detail
